Lancering ‘Blooming Line’! voor de eerste stappen naar het realiseren van je maatschappelijke initiatief

Ik loop regelmatig mensen tegen het lijf die niet weten waar ze moeten starten met hun initiatief. Ze hebben vaak een idee over een sociale activiteit of sociale onderneming en zoeken geld, maar weten niet of en hoe ze moeten starten met een plan en weten ook niet waar ze terecht zouden kunnen voor subsidie of fondsen of andere financieringsmogelijkheden. Ze zien door de bomen het bos niet meer en hebben behoefte aan een eerste richting, een stappenplan of een advies. Het volgen van een training of het instappen in een begeleidingstraject bij Blooming Projects is dan nog niet aan de orde, omdat het daar nog te vroeg voor is. Ze zijn nog in de ideefase en weten nog niet of ze door willen of weten wel dat ze door willen, maar hebben behoefte aan wat overzicht en structuur om te kunnen bepalen hoe ze verder kunnen. Gevolg daarvan is dat ze blijven rondlopen met hun ideeën en niet verder komen of erg veel tijd en dus geld stoppen in het maken van een start en eigenlijk nog steeds niet verder komen.

  • Een set cruciale vragen waarmee je inhoud geeft aan je project en waarmee je de haalbaarheid van je initiatief kunt toetsen (zowel inhoudelijk als financieel)
  • Een kort stappenplan voor jezelf om je project te realiseren
  • Een eerste haalbaarheidsinschatting voor financiering
  • Eventueel welke financieringsmogelijkheden er zijn
